If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. 

Each order includes a pre-paid return label for easy returns and exchanges. If you choose to use this label for your return, $7.95 will be deducted from your total refund. If you do not receive a pre-paid return label with your original order, please contact us via email at [email protected] or via Live Chat. 

Please make sure that the items returned are in their original condition, unworn or used with all the labels and tags, and are properly packed. Otherwise, they may not be eligible for a refund. 

Returns will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow up to 10 business days upon delivery of your return to our facility for processing.
